The on-line course will run with participants coming from Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Romania and Spain. 10 persons from rural areas and with fewer opportunities from each country willing to become ‘Community Developer Officer’ will be enrolled into project educational platform and test all 4 modules developed by project partners. For each module the participants will earn a badge and for whole course a digital diploma.
